Share your email address, but only as permitted by our Email Policy, as follows: Your email address will be used only by Signature Systems, Inc., and vendors performing integrated services, or offering products on Signature Systems, Inc’s behalf. Signature Systems, Inc. does not sell or rent email addresses to anyone nor does Signature Systems, Inc. share email addresses to unrelated third-parties, affiliates. Signature Systems, Inc. may share your email address with third parties to enable Signature Systems, Inc. to take security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. Finally, Signature Systems, Inc. shares email addresses with third parties as necessary for Signature Systems, Inc. to perform certain services on your behalf, such as packaging, mailing and delivering products and services, and to respond to your service requests.

V. California Privacy Rights

In addition to the rights as explained in this Privacy Policy, under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information (as defined in the statute) to obtain products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year, information about the personal information we shared, if any, with other businesses for marketing uses. Signature Systems, Inc. implements commercially reasonable security measures to help protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. We restrict access to Personal Data to certain companies who need the data to operate, develop, or improve our services. These individuals or partner organizations are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. Signature Systems, Inc. (“SSI” “we,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how we collect and use information about you in relation to SSI text message programs or services (the “Messaging Service”), which are made available to you.

By using the Messaging Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. SSI reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. The date of the last update will be posted at the top of this Policy for your convenience. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted and supersede any prior Policies. Collection of Information

• We need to enforce our Terms of Service.

SSI takes a variety of physical, technical, administrative, and organizational security measures based on the sensitivity of the information we collect to protect your Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Unfortunately, no online activity can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should note that in using the Messaging Service, your information will travel through third-party infrastructures which are not under our control (such as a third-party provider’s SMS delivery platform or your carrier network). While we strive to protect your information against unauthorized use or disclosure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide. By using the Messaging Service, you agree that SSI is not liable for any unintentional disclosure.

Children and Intended Audience

The Messaging Service is not intended for children under 13, and SSI does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
